MC Milker Gives Tips on Green Business
Recently I’ve talked to MC Milker, lead writer for the environment-focused blog Ecopreneurist. She gave a few tips on how a digital marketing company, like Ingenex, can become more “green.”
Firstly, MC Milker suggests that we use recycled paper, use public transportation to get to meetings, and turn off our computers when not in use. These tips can be applied to any office or company.
Secondly, for our internship, the interns can take the next step: activism. MC Milker suggests going a little further by supporting a green issue. This can easily be done in a college town, like Ann Arbor, home of Ingenex. And since we are a digital marketing firm, we can spread awareness on an issue by using social media and online PR, areas that we have been focusing on this summer.
